    Does OfferClick™ work on any phone?

    How do consumers redeem coupons?
    To redeem an offer, consumers simply show the offer screen or text message on their mobile device to the participating merchant. It is not necessary to have a paper copy of the coupon to redeem the offer, but consumers have the option to print coupons from our website.
    What is “The Redemption Code?”
    The Redemption Code is a unique code created by the merchant during the registration process. The merchant needs to enter the code on the consumer’s mobile device at redemption. This allows the merchant to track coupon usage and other product interest data.
    What is “The Promotion Code?”
    The promotion code is a unique identifier that is entered by the merchant during promotion creation to identify that specific promotion.

    We are working hard every day to bring on as many merchants as possible, and we are adding more businesses daily. Your favorite store may be listed soon, but we encourage you to let your favorite stores know you would like to receive green coupons from them on OfferClick™.     Is there a way to print coupons?
    Yes, you can also print coupons from our website.
    I no longer wish to use OfferClick™. How can I cancel my account?
    Please contact support@offerclick.com to cancel your account.
    How do I change my information if I made a mistake?
    Simply contact support@offerclick.com and they can make any changes to your account information.
    I see the message "This promotion is available to members only, please sign up to see this great promotion!" What do I do?
    Is only available to OfferClick™ members. To use this coupon, you need to sign up become an OfferClick™ member (at no charge).
    What does “activate now” or “active offer” mean?
    Similar to “save my offer,” if you like the offer and would like to save to use it later, you should activate the offer and access the offer via active offers folder when you are ready to redeem. Be aware that the merchant may limit the number of redemptions it will allow for each coupon so having an activated coupon is not a guarantee for redemption.
    How do I opt-out of SMS?
    To opt out from our text message service, send a text message with the word "STOP", to 63337 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our text message service. You will not receive any additional text messages until you re-register on our website or via your mobile phone.
